As a practical and experienced therapist, my treatment approach is to provide an integrative perspective to help you understand and resolve your current problems and long-standing patterns. With an integrative and transpersonal approach...one that includes attention to our physical being but also to our emotions, our beliefs, and our spiritual nature...I help people find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues. The question I ask is, "Do you want to solve the problem?" Most people who call or appear in my office are ready and willing to do exactly that. I trust that is exactly what YOU choose also.
Blending conventional and alternatives approaches, as well as drawing understanding from my own life journey, I use a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each person or family to help them build on their strengths, to move beyond their limitations, and to identify and achieve life goals. I consider my job to be that of a well-experienced guide to help empower my clients to live to their own fullest potential.
My strong belief is that we change the world most effectively as empowered individuals who then reach out to empower others, individually and in community.
