As a practical, interactive, solution-focused therapist, my treatment approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients resolve current problems and long-standing patterns. With sensitivity and compassion, I help clients find solutions to a wide range of life challenges and psychological issues.

Blending conventional and alternatives approaches, I draw on a variety of styles and techniques to incorporate what will be most helpful for each client. I work with each client to help them build on their strengths to identify and achieve life goals. I consider my job to be that of a guide to help empower my clients to live to their own fullest potential.

My strong belief is that we change the world most effectively as empowered individuals who then reach out to empower others, individually and in community.  My life's journey and my professional work as therapist, teacher, consultant, speaker and author is toward that end.  It is my honor to support others on their path in that same journey.
